What is Bai Mu Dan White Tea Yuqian 2nd Grade?
Bai Mu Dan tea is a type of white tea made from a single bud and two leaves, which gently unfold in your teapot, resembling the petals of a peony blossom, hence its name. Bai mu dan literally means white peony, it is also written as Pai mu tan. Yuqian means the white peony tea leaves harvested before Gu Yu (Grain Rain).
