Directions for use: Mix 1 tablespoon of psyllium tea with at least 8 oz (1 cup) of water or other beverage. Taking the product without enough liquid may cause asphyxiation. Please note the precautions.

Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or have difficulty swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Take with at least 8 ounces of liquid. Safety Guidelines: Do not take if you have intestinal obstruction, esophageal narrowing, or abnormal intestinal narrowing. Other medications should be taken one hour before or a few hours after taking psyllium.
