How to Use
1. In the morning or when cleansing makeup, soak a cotton pad with the cleansing water and wipe it gently over the face.
2. For eye makeup, place the pad on for 5-10 seconds to dissolve makeup before wiping away.
3. There’s no need for a second rinse, but you may rinse with lukewarm water if desired.
