It is really comfortable, you don't even feel it, it's a bit messy tough so you need to be home to pull it out and the silicone could have been softer but it was still nice but 2 days after my period started, all my downstairs started itching, swelling and stinging. It's not because I didn't clean it, I boiled it and kept it clean so there is no way its because of bacteria
