The mesh is completely fine to remove residue from the fryer so it supports high temperatures, it also serves to foam and is made of stainless steel, I didn't give it 4 stars because it arrived with the control very bent and I had to straighten it, which indicates to me that it is a flimsy pick. Otherwise it meets all its characteristics.

Stainless steel skimmer with very fine mesh, 20 cm handle, 10 cm diameter, the handle seems a little short to me in case of strong boiling, do not hesitate to take a longer handle if necessary. Boiling oil is particularly dangerous!!!...I put a small spoon next to it to give an order of magnitude.
