Preparation before use: The entire surface is coated with clear lacquer to prevent rust during distribution. Please remove the paint before use. After that, add plenty of oil and stir-fry the vegetable scraps thoroughly to coat them with the oil.
How to remove paint: Wash with a sponge dampened with dish detergent and wipe dry. Place on a trivet on the stove and heat over medium heat. When the frying pan becomes hot, increase the heat and fry, moving from the center to the sides, until the pan becomes a bluish color.
Note: Since the material is iron, rust will occur if it is stored with moisture or dirt attached. If rust occurs, remove the rust, wipe off moisture, and apply oil before storing.
Note: Do not soak or use in the dishwasher. This may cause rust.
