Instructions for use:
Apply 2-6 drops of warm oil in each nostril.

Rock salt (rock salt), Goat milk (goat milk), Black sesame oil (Black sesame oil), Valerian Indian (Valeriana wallichii), Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Rashna (Pluchea lanceolata), Bringaraj (Eclipta alba), Ginger officinalis (Zingiber officinale), Fennel ordinary (Foeniculum vulgare), Leptadeniya reticulum (Leptadenia reticulata), Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Vidanga (Embelia ribes).
