I want to change to a larger size
So I have to split the review into jacket itself and our jacket unfortunately.... The jacket itself is, as advertised, real leather of very good quality. It fits perfectly. It is a really beautiful jacket. It is relatively heavy, but I don't see that as a disadvantage. The delivery went smoothly and faster than we expected. Unfortunately, there was a sewing error in the pocket of our jacket. This caused some effort in negotiations with Joom, although I have to say the support is very nice and communicative. Since the error was fixable, an exchange was out of the question. So we had the jacket repaired. We were lucky to find a good workshop for it. The repair costs were also reimbursed. What was not reimbursed were the fuel costs that we had. OK, maybe that would have been asking too much...? Anyway, we now have a perfect jacket and a story to tell. But one point deducted because not everything was perfect.
