Yesterday I received my order - 2 ceramic geometric flower pots. One pot is wonderful - absolutely intact. The second pot - with factory damage - a large deep crack on the inside, and the pot is bent in this place. The packaging is very high quality - it was not damaged during transportation. This is a factory defect. The price was not low - one pot is about 1000 hryvnias. I'm sending a photo. Tell me what I should do?
