Better than many devices at 10 times its cost! Build Details This custom NooElec SDR is a modified DVB-T USB dongle tuned for SDR, including an upgraded crystal, capacitor, and inductor. Devices like those sold by competitors. This lowers the noise floor, improves stability, and increases longevity. These devices are based on the R820T tuner IC from Rafael Micro. As such, they have a frequency capability of approximately 25MHz-1750MHz, which can vary somewhat from unit to unit. The RTL2832U IC is of course also included, which acts as a demodulator and USB interface.
