how to use : 1. clean and dry the area to be attached.
2. remove the patch from the protective film and attach it to the problem area.
3. lightly press the edges of the patch to increase adhesion.
4. the patch can be most effective when used for at least 4 hours.
(can be used for up to 8 hours. to ensure continued absorption of ingredients, overnight use is recommended.)
