How to use the product: Please read the important warnings under ‘When using the product’. To suppress cough in adults and children 2 years and older: Rub neck and chest thickly. Cover with a warm, dry cloth, if desired. Wear loose-fitting clothing around the neck and chest to allow vapors to reach your nose and mouth. Take up to 3 times daily or as directed by your doctor. For minor aches and pains in muscles and joints, apply to the affected area no more than 3 to 4 times a day. Do not use for children under 2 years of age
