I'm not happy with the delivery. I paid 3 euros extra to have my order delivered to a relay point at the main post office. The delivery person informed me that their service does not deliver to relay points. I lost a day of work to be able to pick up my order. This is not normal given that I requested delivery to the main post office.. What will your sales department do about this damage you caused me by losing a day of work?. Remaining at your disposal.

Product in good condition. It came well packaged although not in a box but inside a yellow envelope. It looks like good material. It took a while to arrive. It comes with a spare mount to change to camera or gopro.

For the price and the product, the plastic is flimsy in my opinion, it connected to the phone very easily, when you want to put it on the ground it's almost not possible because the bar is longer than the legs
