During transportation to my city, the suitcase was scratched. And there is some wear on the back. Either it was damaged during transportation (airplane), or at customs. The box and package are damaged. Perhaps this could have been avoided if there had been foam or vacuum packaging in the box. It is likely that this box is not the manufacturer’s box, but was replaced, for example at customs, where they could have opened it carelessly during inspection. The suitcase itself is good and comfortable. We don’t sell suitcases of this shape, that’s why I ordered it. The wheels are clean, new, the handle is in the package. Scratches on the back, scratched the top coating. The box looks as if it is 200 years old: it is clear that it was very battered during transportation. This is the first time this has happened on Joom.
