Hi 1) could not find the delivery, did not have a message or nobody rang door. As the website indicated delivery but offered no name of carrier, wait around asking neighbord. Found package outside in rain. Should at least have left a slip to indicate passage, where product placed. 2) product does not match the picture. Very light fabric, more nightgown type than what picture shows. Couldn't wear it in street office in Europe in quality it is. 3) size also does not fit 4) want to return but don' t find policy and procedure for shipping back
