How to use the product: Turn the bottom of the concealer counterclockwise 3-5 times and apply a small amount of color to the fine brush. Tip: Depending on your first use, you may need to rotate it up to 20 times until the color develops. Apply by patting onto dry hair and use gentle, quick movements to shape and blend the brows.
