Product Description: Creamy textured velvet provides excellent color development and long-lasting ink. This lip lacquer creates lips that bloom like flowers with a soft, velvety texture. Although it is a refreshing and light formula, it provides vivid color and moisture.
Product usage: Apply to lips using brush tip.
