Product Usage: Inhalation Instructions: Add a few drops to a cotton ball, soft tissue, diffuser or small kettle of boiling water and inhale gently. Topical Use: Apply directly to skin. Mix 1 to 4 drops into your favorite lotion or carrier oil, including avocado, coconut, evening primrose, jojoba, or sesame. Do not exceed 4 drops.
