Product usage: Sunscreen usage: Apply generously 15 minutes before exposure to sunlight. For infants under 6 months, consult a doctor. Reapply at least once every two hours. If you will be swimming or sweating, use waterproof sunscreen. How to protect against sun damage: Regularly use sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher.
