Gyokuro ＜Ichisho Gyokuro＞ 1 100g bag
Authentic Gyokuro is made by shielding the tea leaves from sunlight for about 3 weeks before picking, allowing the tea leaves to store plenty of theanine, an umami ingredient, and then steaming (steaming for about 30 seconds) immediately after picking. Put 8g of tea leaves (about 2 teaspoons) into a teapot, 40cc of 40℃ hot water, and steep for about 2 and a half to 3 minutes, then pour out the last drop and enjoy the sweetness of Gyokuro. For the second brew, enjoy the refreshing Gyokuro incense directly from the pot in hot water (90℃) for 15 seconds.
