This is the same problem that I reported a while ago, in fact this is the fourth time you have sent me the wrong hone case for my phone, and I SENT YOU PICTURES OF WHAT IT SHOULD BE, ALONG WITH THE ONE THAT YOU KEEP SENDING ME, I ORDER THE PHONE CASE, THE COLOUR I WANT, AND YOU STILL SEND ME THE WRONG ONE, WHY . then you refund my money, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE A NEW PHONE CASE. TELL ME WHY!!!!!.

You have sent the wrong case for my phone, the camera should of across the top and not down the side as in the one you have sent I have sent many messages to joom they me to send pictures all I got from them is that's the case I ordered I think not, why would I purchase something I will not use, I have asked them for the address to send it back but again No Reply, joom sort it out please.

My review is that this is the third time to order this product for my phone, it is easy, I pick the type colour and model of the phone, place the order and again I get sent the wrong one sent to me again. Thank you for giving me my payment back, please can you sort this out. But I still don't have a new phone case.

Muy buena funda para el móvil, es de cuero de buena calidad. Al tacto es muy suave, Se adapta perfectamente al móvil Huawei P Smart 2019. Me gustó muchísimo lo recomiendo.👍 😘 👍 Pros: Es de cuero de buena calidad. Suave al tacto. Tiene compartimentos para meter notas o tarjetas. Contras: Nada importante a destacar
