The gear drive allows the camera position to be adjusted in millimeter increments, enabling accurate positioning in macro photography that requires delicate composition.
The adjustable range of the rail is 160mm, allowing you to choose a wide range of framing without moving the tripod.
2-axis adjustment is also possible by stacking two focusing rails. The main body is machined from aluminum using CNC processing, and has excellent strength and precision. Hard alumite treatment provides a rust and scratch resistant finish.
